Can you give me a quote before I send?

We are happy to discuss items you may want to send but in 90% of cases we cannot give a quote until we received your items. The value depends on quality, condition, age and demand. We need to value it in person, however we will return your gold free of charge if you decline our valuation and offer - so you have nothing to lose by sending them in.

How many items should I send?

You can send in a range of items or a single item – it’s your choice and it is free of charge in either instance.

How do I receive my cash offer?

Once we have valued your items, we will contact you by SMS email or phone, with a cash offer and you'll be given the chance to ask any questions before accepting or rejecting the offer.

We pay you by same-day bank transfer, so when you accept our offer, we take the required payment information – safe, simple, secure.

What is in my free selling pack?

Your pack will arrive in the post containing a welcome letter explaining what to do next, plus details on what we buy, and our guarantees, as well as our Freepost Secure Royal Mail envelopes. You simply pop your items in, drop the pack at the post office, and we’ll do the rest!

Are my items insured?

Yes, absolutely. When you send your items using our pre-paid gold selling pack, your items are insured up to £750. If you would prefer to organise a home collection, we just need a quick chat with you first to confirm item values and Parcelforce collection.
